I/O scheduler Question - [Solved - Answered]
« on: August 24, 2015, 07:05:07 am »
Hi

Given my current setup http://forum.peppermintos.com/index.php/topic,1954.0.html

What will work best CFQ / NOOP or Deadline

Will it impact on the use of the USB drives or is it a case of tweaking for the sake of tweaking and leave well alone on default ? Can it make that much difference or is it again subjective and very much based upon how you use the pc?

Thanks in Advance

If you don't have an SSD,  you're probably better off sticking with CFQ .. in fact you may be anyway but yeah it's all subjective...
