I haven't tried it on P6, but I'll install it here in a bit and let you know.

How did you go about installing Seamonkey?  Did you download it from their website and try to run it from a folder, or did you add the Ubuntuzilla PPA and get it that way?  I found, downloading the version from the website and trying to run it from a folder returned an error message about a missing package that should already be installed.  However, by going the PPA route, I was able to install the package and it runs fine.  (I didn't test it very long, but I at least started it)

To get it from the PPA, run these commands in order:

Code: [Select]
sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com C1289A29
Code: [Select]
echo -e "\ndeb http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/ubuntuzilla/mozilla/apt all main" \
| sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list > /dev/null

Code: [Select]
sudo apt-get update
Code: [Select]
sudo apt-get install seamonkey-mozilla-build

no struggle here, it runs quite nicely... i always go the ppa route so as to get the updates without having to go in search of them...
