Hi. Does anyone know how to install the Iceweasel browser as a sub for Firefox? Thanks in advance.

Hi rossvassilev, how's it going?  You could always try this well maintained ppa, https://launchpad.net/~dirk-computer42/+archive/ubuntu/c42-backport.  Open a terminal window with the following keystrokes: Ctrl+Alt+t.  Enter the following commands, followed by your password if asked. Read the onscreen instructions and act upon them as they are presented:
Code: [Select]
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dirk-computer42/c42-backport
followed by:
Code: [Select]
apt update && install iceweasel
Iceweasel will be accessible by navigating to: menu > Internet > Iceweasel or, invoking it by entering the following command into a terminal window:
Code: [Select]
iceweasel
That's it - have fun  ;)!!

It's my pleasure  :).  It seems to work beautifully on my 64-bit system.  I haven't tried anything using Flash yet though ;).

Synaptic is a front end for Apt. (and an awesome one) Once you add a repository to Apt and refresh your sources, everything from that repository shows in Synaptic. 8)

Yeah, but Iceweasel seems not to work now. I couldn't open it on my PC. :-\
