My RPi2 is up and running. So far so good. Kodi runs no problem and I really like being able to use a free App (Yatse) on my mobile which acts as the remote control. Very easy.

More of a learning curve using RetroPie to play old games. Rom emulation is not that straight-forward as many don't work straight away, but require tinkering  :-\

So I got 2x microSDs in the end, both 16gig, so I have Kodi on one and Retropie on another.

I have figured out how to SSH across my network which is useful, also using FTP to move files around.

I haven't yet installed add-ons for Kodi but there is a lot that can be done in terms of additional functionality: streaming/digital TV stuff.

All told I'm enjoying the Pi. It's a tiny computer and fun to use. So far, I have an old mobile charger that is keeping it powered seemingly no problem. I also have an old keyboard, old wireless mouse, and also old wifi dongle.

If any one is experienced in Emulation Station / gaming on Pi let me know  ;)
