USB drive is created successfully, but fails to boot
« on: January 25, 2015, 04:53:51 pm »
Hello,
I downloaded the 64bit iso of Peppermint 5 and created a bootable flashdrive using Unetbootin
however when I boot from it I get this error message: Failed to load COM32 file menu.c32

Note:
The md5sum of the file was correct.

I have had times where the Live USB was created successfully, but did not work.
Sometimes redoing it has worked for me.

Did you check the md5 checksum of the ISO you downloaded?
Running Peppermint 8- 64 bit on my Lenovo i3 laptop.
