What's the best way to approach sharing files between pc's via wireless home network?

There are various ways to do it gigolo makes it very easy to connect samba shares so that might be worth a try

Install system-config-samba:
Code: [Select]
sudo apt-get install system-config-samba
then use
menu > System Tools > Samba
to configure the directories you want to share.

I think the first question should be .. What OS''s/Distro's are involved here besides Peppermint ?
