gtk theme - polar night got it from noobslab
iconset ultra flat icons (gnome-look.org)
wallpaper  found it black background set by freeman (deviant art)
window manager theme hers found on xfce-look.org
cario dock theme default theme using system default size small in screen shot
by just changed to very small (it looks better)

conky theme is my own tinkerings with jelly conky's config file to make it look more 'plain'.

changed a few things.
im know using a mod of flatstudio called placid night from kfce-look.org changed the colors of my theme to match the window manager theme's colors.  made the panel transparent
a few subtle changes and i htink it looks good.

Thanks for the heads-up about Noobs lab, found a few themes and icon sets that were eye catching. Tried INX icons, nice apart from the black folders, it reminded me of your preferred desktop look.  ;)

Terminal
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/nitrux-os
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install inx-icons

Plus
https://launchpad.net/~noobslab/+archive/ubuntu/nitrux-os/+files/inx-icons_0.6.1~saucy~NoobsLab.com_all.deb to activiate the PPA.

not bad im now going for  a more 'flat' look it tends to be cleaner and looks great with dark colors very easy on the eyes i removed all window shadows and desktop effects just
a very clean minimalistic look.
